PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Revealing Payahuunadü is a program intended to share information on the impacts of water extraction in Inyo & Mono Counties and help the community envision a healthier future for people and the land. We believe that being fully informed on the past, present, and future conditions of water will better equip our communities to advocate for a better water future.
Water is life, and the well-being of all depends on protecting and stewarding our watershed. Join us as we explore ‘what happened to the water’ and work towards a shared vision of the future of Payahuunadü.
This course is broken down into 4 modules. Each module will contain lessons and questions that you may complete at your own pace. We recommend keeping notes and reflections in a journal or word document throughout the course. If you have any questions please contact our Water Empowerment Organizers - Charlene & Emily.
